Conditions of Use
Please study carefully our conditions of booking when you book with Asia Holiday Deal.
1. Validity
Dates, itineraries and prices are valid from now on till September 30th 2019
2. Deposit requirement
You are required to pay a non – refundable deposit from 30% to 70% of the total booking confirmed with the specific invoice from us. If your booking is made within 60 days prior to the departure date then the full amount should be paid at the time of booking.
3. Acceptance of booking and final payments
Acceptance of your booking will be confirmed by us in writing document. Please refer to your booking confirmation invoice for details. Payment of the balance of the tour price is due to 60 days before the departure date. If this balance is not paid on or before the due date we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled. In addition to the tour price, you may be required to pay a kitty as specified for the tour you are taking.
4. Booking amendments
Amendments include: To change the travel date, to change the number of people joining the tour, cut off or additional services, to change the time of flight or train, to change the hotel, to change the room category, to transfer to other people, to chance the kind of tours or others comparing to the itinerary which is confirmed.
For any kinds of amendments, you must notify us at least 30 days prior to the departure date. A fee of 20 USD/person will be applied (in addition to any charges levid by hotels, ground operators or airlines). If you notify us less than 30 days prior to the departure date, we have right to refuse and do not refund deposit amount.
All amendment is only responded by Asia Holiday Deal Travel upon availability. There are some services is NO REFUNDABLE such as flight tickets, train tickets.
5. Inclusions
The land price of your trip includes
- All accommodation as listed in the trip note/inclusions
- All transports listed in the trip note/inclusions
- All sightseeing ticket, meals as listed in the trip note/inclusions
- The services of a group leader as described in the trip note/inclusion
6. Exclusions
The land price of your trip does not include
- International or internal flights unless specified
- Kitty as specified in the trip note/inclusions
- Airport transfers, taxes and excess baggage charges unless specified
- Meals or specified in the trip note/inclusions
- Visa, passport fee, travel insurance, optiona activities and sighseeing and all personal expenses
